Political Videos
This curated collection offers a comprehensive overview of my capabilities as a Multi-Media Artist, highlighting a diverse array of politically themed projects that showcase my strengths in animation, visual design, and storytelling. While the subject matter is political in nature, I approach every project with a nonpartisan mindset—focusing solely on delivering clear, consistent messaging and visually compelling content. I collaborate with various vendors and agencies to help them provide high-quality services to their clients, ensuring each piece aligns with the intended tone and brand identity. My work emphasizes clean, professional motion graphics that support the narrative without distraction, using visual design to reinforce campaign goals and maximize viewer understanding. From concept through delivery, I prioritize clarity, visual cohesion, and message integrity across all formats and platforms.

For this political ad promoting House Bill 5, I was tasked with adapting the client’s media script into a visually engaging video under a tight deadline and limited budget. My role involved both motion design and sound design, with a focus on delivering a clean, compelling final product that adhered to legal and broadcast standards.
To maximize efficiency, I utilized streamlined graphic elements, dynamic transitions, and subtle animation accents to bring energy and clarity to the spot without extending post-production time. Given the fast pace of the ad, I carefully balanced quick scene transitions with enough screen time for key messaging to be absorbed. Special attention was given to the timing and placement of end card information to ensure compliance with legal and broadcast regulations.
In addition to the main video, I created multiple seamless aspect ratio versions (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) to support social media distribution, along with 6-second cutdowns of each format for platform-specific placements on all social media platforms.

This political ad was created to inform the Flagstaff community about the potential tax burden and infrastructure impact associated with Proposition 480, encouraging a "No" vote. As both Editor and Motion Graphics Artist, I was responsible for shaping the visual narrative to align with the urgency and tone of the message.
To keep pace with the fast-moving nature of political advertising, I employed sharp editing techniques combined with clean, high-impact graphics. Subtle animation accents were integrated to enhance engagement without distracting from the core message. A highlight of the project included tracking text into a drone shot using camera tracking techniques—seamlessly placing key information into the environment to create a visually dynamic and context-aware moment.

For this political advertisement, I served as both Editor and Motion Graphics Artist, delivering a clean, visually consistent piece designed to inform and engage viewers. The ad featured a sleek graphic treatment with lavender accent highlights to maintain a calm, trustworthy tone aligned with the campaign’s messaging.
I incorporated closed captioning for accessibility and compliance, and developed a custom logo animation for the end title screen to reinforce brand identity. The final product balanced clarity, professionalism, and visual appeal—optimized for both broadcast and digital distribution.

As Multi-Media Manager, I was responsible for producing consistent, high-quality video content on a weekly to biweekly basis, covering a range of political topics. My role spanned the full content pipeline—from concept development and scripting discussions during editorial meetings to final production and delivery.
I contributed to the platform’s visual identity by designing and animating the company’s logo and assisting with web design elements. Each video was optimized for multiple formats, including 1:1 and 9:16 aspect ratios for social media distribution.
A key challenge of this role was transforming complex scripts into clear, visually informative narratives using a combination of graphics, stock footage, photography, and data visualization. To streamline the workflow, I incorporated AI-generated voiceovers, reducing delays often associated with VO edits and re-records. With subtle animation and a consistent graphic style, each piece was delivered efficiently—maintaining both speed and production quality across all content.

For this fast-turnaround project, I created a clean and engaging motion graphics piece designed to guide voters on how to locate Proposition 479 on the ballot. With overlapping projects on the horizon, efficiency was key—yet I ensured the final product remained polished and impactful.
The video utilized a vertical scrolling visual to simulate the experience of moving through a ballot, clearly highlighting how far down the proposition appeared. I incorporated subtle, timed animations to introduce key information in a digestible way, while a branded scratch-off transition reinforced both campaign identity and the concept of "scratching off" your vote.
The result was an informative, visually cohesive piece delivered on time and ready for distribution across digital platforms.
